lifemastering™ provides goal setting tools to unleash your potential. We know that writing goals is effective in order to achieve goals. We know that visualizing improves goal achievement. We also know that a goal needs a plan associated with it. That's why we deliver tools - vision boards, activity planner and more - enabling our users to transform dreams to reality.

In lifemastering™ we are goal focused and we take advantage of the way our brain works. We have made effective goal setting tools never seen before, providing you as a member to:

  • create visions of what you ultimately would like to be, have and become in life in your personal masterboard(vision board, dream board)
  • visualize your visions and goals with your own pictures and our high quality pictures
  • write clear goals, short- and long- term, in an easy and effective way, organized in an interactive wheel of life
  • utilize our modern activity planner which is needed in order to achieve your goals
  • utilize lifemastering™ tools for daily repetition of your visions, goals and activities in an effective and comfortable way, simply by looking at the PCs wallpaper, screensaver or print-out (poster)
  • send your masterboard™ and your activity plan to people (e.g. a coach or a friend) in your life who will support and hold you accountable in reaching your goals

In order to make a change and achieve better results, there are two well known functions that are important in the process:

  • goal setting with emotional involvement
  • repetition

SMART goals

For example: A person who smokes 30 cigarettes per day has probably heard thousands of times that smoking is a health threat (repetition). Hearing it has not been “enough” though, in order to stop smoking. But if he suffers from a heart attack and struggles to survive he will feel emotional involvement and you can expect he stops smoking immediately. Programming your brain with WHAT you want and HOW to do it, and think about what you feel about the RESULT, is crucial.

We also know that repetition works. The brain believes in what it sees and hears most frequently. For instance seeing your goals several times a day will help you stay focused and actually believe in your goals. When you add pictures that represent your goals, you will add some emotional involvement, seeing in real pictures what you seek to achieve.
